Well, lets see how things go. After searching a lot I know that the M1000E, although it uses 220V, will be the best server I can use to run the World Community projects on. Even with 128 cores, that would be a big increase of the 32 cores I have now.
If I get the donation, I will need the memory and cpus (if they only donate the chassis). Did some research on Ebay and found that I can get some parts little by little.
Just hope this comes through. Would be a great birthday present (today is my birthday) and a great contribution to the World Community Grid project and Puerto Ricos participation in this good cause.
