Asus Global and Cooler Master, what a let down :(

I have not heard anything some Asus and the ESC4000 G2 server. They just don't answer, what a let down from a GREAT company.

Cooler Master has NEVER answered an email. In fact, I emailed a Marketing director a while back and she got upset on how I got her email.  I went ahead and with a donation of $140 from a cousin bought the four heatsinks that I needed (212+) from Cooler Master, but I should have chosen another company. Companies that just don't answer probably give real bad customer support later on if you have problems with your product purchase.
