Major computer updates for my participation in GPUGRID and World Community Grid

Intel is donating the two E5-2600  series cpu's. Don't know yet if they are going to be v2 or the standard ones. Don't know how many cores either, just hope that they are 12 cores so that I can get 48 cores total.

I ordered from Jaf International the X9DRG-QF Super Micro (got to support Super Micro because they have donated twice before). This is a dual Intel E5-2600 socket FCLGA2011 board. Will be taking the Dell C6100 that I have now and removing the 64gb of DDR3 memory so that I can use it on that Super Micro motherboard. Will use the Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus as heatsinks. I ordered the special bracket kit (free upgrade due to warranty) for the socket LGA2011.

I ordered a Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra HPTX case (good price). It supports dual power supplies which I will need to power all four EVGA GTX 780ti SC and the two CPU'S.

So that setup will leave me with this new computer with 48 cores, hopefully, and the four GTX 780ti SC, dual PSU. And the other computer with two AMD 12 cores for a total of 24 cores and two GTX Titans and 32gb of memory.  I will not be using any more the Dell C6100 or the Gigabyte motherboard with 6 cores and 8gb of memory, but I will keep them as back up in case anything breaks down.

Highspeedpc is donating a HPTX tech station that I will use to set this up in case the Rosewill doesn't work out.

Thanks Intel for you donation in 2015!!!
