Well it was raining and a lighting stuck and zap, there goes my modem and the ethernet port on the motherboard. No IPMI, BMC Fail error message and no internet and not even SuperDoctor 3 is working.
This computer was running World Community Grid work units plus Seti@Home units.
Now I know that I should use a wireless connection instead of wired to avoid these strikes.
Emailed Supermicro support for an RMA. Let's see what happens.

Sent out the motherboard. Should arrive today at Supermicro. I'll keep you posted.

Supermicro is working on the board. Hope I get it soon!
